Signing standing orders with Peoples Health allows your practice to delegate routine preventive services for eligible patients. This grants us permission to assist your Peoples Health patients in scheduling and receiving targeted services.

How it works
- We accept signed standing orders by a primary care provider. We only use your orders for your eligible Peoples Health patients (those you’ve seen within 12 months and for whom we don’t have a record on file for the service).
- Your Peoples Health representative will reach out to you, or you may contact your representative about signing orders.
- Submission options:
- Quickly and easily sign standing orders through our automated digital process via Adobe Acrobat Sign. Your Peoples Health representative can arrange this for you.
- Submit a signed standing order form via secure email to phnstandingorders@peopleshealth.com or by fax to 504-849-6991.
When completing the form, initial next to each service agreed to be covered under the standing order. Signed orders remain active for 12 months from the date of signing.
