We’ve made changes to the Peoples Health Provider Reference Guide. Notable revisions include updates to our contact information; vision, dental and hearing ancillary providers; diabetes testing supply coverage; compliance program; authorization requirements; services requiring prior authorization, including chemotherapy; and medical management programs.
As a reminder, this guide is a supplement to our network provider agreements, as it contains important information about operating within the Peoples Health network, including treating our special needs plan members, adhering to our patient-centered care coordination model and accessing available provider resources.
