Peoples Health is transitioning to enhanced claims processing and provider portal platforms offered through UnitedHealthcare on Jan. 1, 2024:
- We’ll process claims with dates of service on or after Jan. 1 through the UnitedHealthcare claims processing system
- You’ll begin using the UnitedHealthcare Provider Portal for the following functions, among others, for dates of service on or after Jan. 1, 2024:
- Accessing and reviewing claims and claims payments
- Submitting and managing authorization requests
- Verifying eligibility and benefits
