We’ve added more reports to Provider Portal to help billing staff reconcile claims payments more easily. Refer to Negative Balance reports to help reconcile corrected and reprocessed claims payments. Find them under the Reports tab.
Our in-depth Star Measure reporting dashboard is accessible through the Member Viewer tab. Here you’ll find real-time, actionable data to:
- Create scheduling priorities for staff. See patients on your panel with the highest need for assessment or those with clinical indicators for conditions requiring active management.
- Improve medication adherence rates. Identify patients in need of or past due on critical medication refills.
Census reports are also available through the dashboard. These help primary care physicians easily track patients admitted to inpatient care and track discharges, as well as coordinate follow-up services, such as post-discharge medication reconciliations within 7 days of discharge.
